Menopause Symptoms & Prevention Tips


Menopause is the physiological cessation of menstrual cycles associated with advanced female age. A woman who experienced natural menopause at all can not know whether a particular menstrual saaat really is the last menstrual until a year has passed. Menopause is sometimes referred to as a change of life.

Cessation of menstruation may be preceded by a longer menstrual cycles with reduced bleeding. Age time of the monopouse influenced by heredity, general health, and life patterns.

Symptoms of Menopause :

Menstruation is an event that typically occurs in individuals, both in the initial first time this has happened, in the cycle, the amount of blood coming out, and in the symptoms that accompany it. Similarly, when there is menapause will cause different symptoms in each person. Nevertheless, it can be said that the symptoms of menopause may include among others:
1. insomnia, hot flashes (hot flash), sweating, depression, memory loss, difficulty resisting the urge to urinate (urinary incontinence).
2. Other symptoms are a sign of menopause is constipation problems, back problems, and bones, swelling, rheumatic pain, and pain.

Due to the nature of the different symptoms in each person that it's best if you record the dates of your period as well as the symptoms of "unusual" that may occur, once you reach or surpass the age of 40 years.

Tips Preventing Menopause :

Not all women who undergo menopause need estrogen replacement therapy, others only need it for a few months, because not all women experience menopausal symptoms are so disturbing that need estrogen replacement.

1. (Sport)
Staying active will keep alive suppress the symptoms of insomnia, slow down osteoporosis and heart disease, and also prevents "hot flashes".
2. (Stop Smoking)
Smoking actually help speed the advent of menopause. Quitting smoking will also relieve the symptoms of menopause.
3. (Consuming Calcium)
Women, especially before the age-the age of menopause, you should consume as much as 1000-1500 grams of calcium a day.
Most can be obtained from foods, like milk, yogurt, some types of vegetables (including broccoli). If the amount of calcium from food insufficient, it can also take calcium tablets.
4. (Vitamin Supplement)
Most of the vitamins that the body has been obtained through our daily food. But occasionally, especially those who are active, need extra vitamins as well. Vitamins are required, among others, B1, B2, B12, folic acid, and especially for those who at the age of menopause requires aktioksidan vitamins such as vitamins A and E.
5. (Consuming Soy)
Soy contains phytoestrogens, or estrogen derived from plants. Soybeans can we consume the soy sauce, tempeh, tofu, or soy milk tauco.
